Being a Deliberate Creator

Two extraordinary dinners were held in September. If you were a part of these then you know what I mean!

The Thoughts you think Equal your Point of Attraction

• You get what you think about, whether you want it or not.
• Your thoughts equal vibration, and that vibration is then answered by the Law of Attraction.
• As your vibration expands and becomes more powerful, it eventually becomes powerful enough for manifestation to occur.
• In other words, what you think (and therefore feel), and what manifests in your experience, is always a vibrational match.

Once you deliberately choose a thought and consciously feel the improvement in the way you feel, you have successfully utilised your own guidance system, and you can now be on your way to the freedom that you desire and deserve – for there is nothing that you can not be, do or have.

Focusing Energy to Change your Vibrational Offering
When you remember an incident from a past experience, you are focusing Energy. When you are imagining something that may occur in your future, you are focusing Energy, and of course, when you are observing something in your now, you are focusing Energy. It makes no difference whether you are focusing on the past, present, or future, you are still focusing Energy – and your point of attention or focus is causing you to offer a vibration that is your point of attraction.

When you spend time pondering, remembering, or imagining something, a vibration is activated within you. If you return to that thought, you again activate the vibration. The more often you revisit that thought, the more familiar the vibration becomes, and the easier it is for you to activate it, until eventually it becomes a dominant vibrational pattern within you.

There are two surefire ways to understand what your vibrational offering is: Notice what is happening in your experience (for what you are focused upon and what is manifesting are always a vibrational match) and notice how you feel (because your emotions are giving you constant feedback about your vibrational offering and your point of attraction).

You must be consciously aware to be a Deliberate Creator
It is a wonderful thing when you begin to make the correlation between what you have been thinking and feeling and what is manifesting. In that conscious awareness, you are then able to deliberately modify your thoughts in order to attract something that is even more pleasing. But the most satisfying aspect of Deliberate Creation comes from being sensitive to the way the thoughts you are thinking feel, for then it is possible to modify a bad-feeling thought to one that feels better, and to thereby improve your point of attraction before something unwanted manifests.

It is far easier – before an unwanted physical manifestation appears – to deliberately change the direction of your thought to something that feels better.

Deliberate Creation is about deliberately guiding your thoughts in good-feeling directions. You will feel the satisfaction of deliberately choosing a good-feeling thought, and then you will enjoy observing the good-feeling manifestation that must follow. There is even some satisfaction to be found in recognizing the not-so-good feeling thought and then observing the not-so-good manifestation that must follow.

Without making the correlation between your thoughts and feelings and the manifestations that are occurring you have no conscious control of what happens in your experience.

Grateful for cleaning up the oil spill in the Gulf

Just writing a chapter about gratitude, never really got what that was about till now.
Asked how can we be grateful for the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico?

This was the reply
-you can be grateful for
the technology for stemming the flow.

For the clean up process

and the rebalancing of the ocean.

Focusing on these activates the bringing forth of these things.

But millions are focusing on the devastation of the disaster, not the outcome.

Like all gratitudes you do not have to know how they will eventuate, just trust they will.

So here are some sample affirmations, help to bring this into being, by sending these on to your friends.

Expectation

The Science of Deliberate Creation – That which I give thought to and that which I believe or expect – is. In short, you get what you are thinking about, whether you want it or not. You do create your own reality. No one else does. And you create your own reality even if you do not understand that you do so. For that reason you often create by default. When you are consciously aware of your own thoughts and are deliberately offering them, then you are the deliberate creator of your own reality.

Every thought vibrates, every thought radiates a signal, and every thought attracts a matching signal back. We call that process the Law of Attraction. The Law of Attraction says: That which is like unto itself, is drawn. Whatever you are thinking about is like planning a future event. When you are appreciating, you are planning. When you are worrying, you are planning. Worrying is using your imagination to create something you do not want. Nothing can occur in your life experience without your invitation of it through your thought.
We need to understand that as we approach our world in terms of vibration rather than action, and in terms of thought rather than in terms of time and space and distance, our ability to close the gap between where you are and where you want to be will be much more efficient.

Your emotions are your indicators of the vibrational content of your Being, in every moment. When you become aware of the feeling of your emotions, you can also be aware of your vibrational offering. Once you combine your knowledge of the Law of Attraction with your in-this-moment awareness of what your vibrational offering is, then you will have full control of your own powerful point of attraction – and with this knowledge you can now guide your life experience in any way you choose.

The Art of Allowing – I am that which I am and I am willing to allow all others to be that which they are. When you are willing to allow others to be as they are, even in their not allowing of you, then you will be an Allower, but it is not likely that you will reach that point until you first come to understand how it is you get what you want. Only when you understand that another cannot be a part of your experience unless you invite them in through your thoughts (or through your attention to them), and that circumstances cannot be a part of your experience unless you invite them to you through your thought (or through your observation of them), will you be the Allower that you wanted to be when you came forth into this expression of life.

A little word on Meditation – a big benefit from meditation that you will notice right away is that things you have been wanting will begin showing up. Now, why is this? Why does 15 mins of just being, set those kinds of things in motion? Because you have already been asking, and now, during your time of meditation, you have stopped the resistance that has been holding it at bay. You are now allowing your desires to flow into your experience.

The Prosperity Game. This game is useful when you want to expand your ability to imagine; when you want to add more clarity or specificity to your desire; when you want to enhance the flow of money into your experience; when you want to enhance the flow of abundance with respect to a variety of things. This game will be of most value when your Emotional Set-Point is between 1 and 16.

To play this game you begin by establishing an imaginary bank account – and set this up to make this feel as real as possible to you – if you use cheques then have a cheque account etc.

If you play this game every day for one year, you will have deposited and spent more than $66 million. You will benefit by increasing your ability to imagine. You will find it takes real concentration to spend that much money and your ability to imagine will expand tremendously.
The Universe makes no distinction between the vibration you offer in response to what you are living and the vibration that you offer in response to what you are imagining, so this Prosperity Game Process is a powerful tool for shifting your vibrational point of attraction.

Use your imagination, write the cheques, write the memos, focus as you write, and feel no resistance as you write the cheques because there is no fear of overspending, you will have made a statement of desire while you are in the state of allowing!

You do not have to actually be abundant in order to attract abundance, but you do have to feel abundant. A clearer way of saying it is that any feeling of lack of abundance causes a resistance that does not allow abundance.

I have heard many people say they were not looking forward to attending (an event), and they wonder why they bothered going as they spent their whole time there wanting to leave. What energy and thought did they put in before attending, and what was the outcome of this thinking? What if they had eagerly looked forward to attending the event? Sydney Dinner Saturday 5 June

A wonderful evening at Il Tratto Ra Ro on Majors Bay Road in Concord.

“What you think about, you bring about”. You draw to you the essence of whatever you are predominantly thinking about. If you are predominantly thinking about the things that you desire, your life experience reflects those things. In the same way, if you are predominantly thinking about what you do not want, your life experience reflects those things.

Getting clear on what you desire! You will not attract anything to you, if you are not able to provide clear instructions on what it is that you desire. For instance, you would not go to a restaurant and say “I want food!” However, you would go to a restaurant, and select from the menu so you are able to provide specific instructions to the waitress.

The topic is Ask and It Is Given and how to know what to ask for! The reason you have not already received what you desire is because you are holding yourself in a vibrational holding pattern that does not match the vibration of your desire. If you stop and feel about it, you can identify your own discord.

Whatever you are giving your attention to causes you to emit a vibration, and the vibrations that you offer equal your asking, which equals your point of attraction. If there is something you desire that you do not currently have, you need only put your attention upon it, and, by the Law of Attraction, it will come to you. As you think about this thing or experience that you desire, you offer a vibration, and then, by Law, that very thing or experience must come to you.

Getting clear on what you desire! You will not attract anything to you, if you are not able to provide clear instructions on what it is that you desire.

For instance, you would not go to a restaurant and say “I want food!” However, you would go to a restaurant, and select from the menu so you are able to provide specific instructions to the waitress.

Law of Attraction Dinners April 2010

We have had two amazing LOA dinners in April (actually the Sydney one sneaked into May!).

For the Wollongong one we visited Mt Kembla Hotel - if you have not been there well worth a visit. We have now commenced the more practical elements of the LOA - have provided the theory - now it is time to get to the nuts and bolts. Here are the scenarios we looked at - you may like to respond to these.

Scenario 1
Totally Disorganized
“I’d like to be an organized person, but I just can’t seem to get it together. I have a variety of interests, and all of them bring a certain amount of stuff with them. My house is full of things that are interesting to me, to the point that every place I look I see clutter. I seem to find the time to think of new projects and gather up more stuff that relates to them, but I don’t find the time to put my things in order. I spend a great deal of time just looking for things. Occasionally I set a day aside with the intention of getting it all cleaned up and organized, but I get bogged down almost as soon as I begin because it just feels so overwhelming to clean it up. I know that I should throw most of it away, but I can’t bring myself to do that for fear that as soon as I release it, I’ll need it or want it for some reason. So I just keep gathering, and I’m buried in my stuff. I can’t delegate these organizational tasks to anyone else because no one else knows what’s important to me. And if someone else were to organize it, I still wouldn’t know where things are. I know that I need to clean this mess up and get myself organized, but I feel paralysed.”

Pick out the upstream statements.



Write out a way of approaching this to bring relief eg move downstream.


Scenario 2
“I would like to have the confidence to do something different with my life. I am stuck in this job that I don’t like – I have been here for years. Nothing seems to change. I do not feel that I am appreciated. I had to reapply for my position recently and I only got the position because I was the only applicant. Life is unfair – other people seem to be happy in their lives, but nothing goes right in mine.”

How to apply Law of Attraction

Fundamental to your using this knowledge to transform your life is understanding that you are applying this universal law even if you don’t know it! You send either positive or negative energy into the universe. Like attracts like; whatever you are sending out to the universe will be returned to you. You are sending out energy right now, right this second.

What are you feeling right now? Are you feeling good, or are you feeling bad? If you are feeling good, you are sending out positive energy; if you are feeling bad, you are sending out negative energy. It is that simple.

If you want to live your greatest life, you must begin to do so by stopping the negative energy you project and instead emit positive energy – at all times.

Simply by shifting your thoughts, language, and, most important, emotions, you will successfully master this law. Keep in mind, this process is like using an undeveloped muscle – it takes time for it to become efficient and “second nature.”

Intent

Like frequencies attract like frequencies.
If you feel poor, you attract destitution. If you feel wealthy, you attract wealth. If you feel loved, you attract love from others. If you feel unloved, you attract not being loved from others.

If you choose to look at, analyse, observe, emote, and vibrate at what's right in your life, you will begin to attract more of that.

If you can vibrate just 51 percent at the following frequencies your entire life will transform.

These are the real riches in life. These emotions are the ekys to the kingdom. Nothing in the physical world will ever give you what training yourself to feel these things on a regular basis will give you.

When you feel these emotions, watch the mirror of your life reflect circumstances that match them.

Dinner 29 January

Wow! What a wonderful time we had and the energy around the table was beautiful. Did four practical exercises, and we also did a round of EFT - couldn't allow all that energy to go to waste.

We finished the night with our own song and dance routine - well not so much the dance - but certainly the song. Thank you to all who participated in a wonderful evening.

Visit your future self

According to quantum physics, all possible realities are unfolding in infinite dimensions right now. This includes the reality of already having all your desires. Right now, there is a version of 'you' who is wealthy, healthy, happy, in love and enlightened, and has whatever you desire. This game helps you find that 'You' who is currently living in that reality so that you can understand the way that 'You' thinks. This will allow you to become more like that version of yourself who is already living all your dreams.

For this exercise, sit in a chair or lie down and close your eyes. Listen to the sounds around you, and then just become aware of your breathing for a couple of minutes. Really settle into the present moment.

Now imagine that there's a long hallway, and at the end of this long hallway is the 'You' who already has the thing, person, or emotional state you are wanting. This 'You' is already living your dream.

Walk down the hall toward 'yourself'. What does this 'you' look like as you approach? What is this 'You' wearing? Does this 'You' seem calm and relaxed? Are 'You' smiling? Take a minute and describe what 'You' look and feel like.

Now take your future 'You' by the hand and exit through a door to the outside world. See the beautiful scenery around you. It could be a lake or ocean or forest. Now lead your future 'you' by the hand to a nearby bench and sit down. Look into 'your' eyes and then proceed to ask your 'Future Self' the following questions
1. What do I most need to know to create my desires? Your future self's answer is .......
2.What does it feel like to have these desires fulfilled? Your future self's answer .....
Now give your future self a hug and imagine merging vibrationally with this 'You' who has already realised your desires. Open your eyes, take a deep breath, and truly embody your future self now.

This is an amazing exercise.

Your story and the Law of Attraction

Law of Attraction – You attract whatever you put your attention to. The point of this law is to establish the creative power of thought. Whatever you put in your conscious or subconscious, you attract into your experience. This law is very much tied to the law of cause and effect. Your mind will raise many thoughts, some of which conflict and attack you. Doubt exists, as you do not think you are responsible and powerful enough to be the creator of your reality. As you watch your life and begin to see the link between your thoughts and your experiences, you become a deliberate thinker, and you no longer think negative.

Raising your vibration

The theory of this metaphysical Law of the Universe states that whatever we are feeling or vibrating (not what we are saying) is what is communicating our energetic position or posture to the Universe. The Universe then hears this vibration we are emitting, and then matches it by returning to us similar experiences to produce more of the same feeling and vibration.
